Our most affordable turnout gear, CLASSIX® delivers Globe quality at a value price. The drop-shoulder design jacket and roomy, low-rise pants come with a long list of standard features to make this far more than basic gear.

  1. Two needle stitching, 8-10 stitches per inch, all structural seams, pockets and flaps, accessories, and closures.
  2. Multiple rows of stitching on all closure hook and loop.
  3. Lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Industry only five year hook and loop support program.
  4. Independent waistband. 2” wide bias cut, for stretch and unrestricted fit. Transfers weight of pants to hips.
  5. Lo-rise design rides at hips where most comfortable.
  6. Standard hook and dee ring closure with hook and loop and side take-up straps for waist adjustment.
  7. Padded h-back ripcord suspenders attach to horizontal suspender loops sewn to inside waistband, eliminating metal buttons, which could dig into your side when wearing SCBA.
  8. Flex liner, darts in the liner system to provide more fullness over the knee, allows you to bend without restriction.
  9. Liner access opening allows easy NFPA 1851 inspection of thermal liner and moisture barrier. Ara-shield reinforcement in crotch of liner.
  10. Diamond crotch gusset in all three layers distributes stress over five double stitched seams in both shell and liner.
  11. Thermally enhanced knees exceed NFPA requirement with addition of second layer of moisture barrier over second thermal layer. All edges overstitched for durability.
  12. Pocket flap designed to close over pocket when pocket is empty or is full. Lower half of pocket is reinforced on the inside with a layer of Kevlar twill.
  13. Reverse boot cut (1” shorter in back) to minimize cuff abrasion.
  14. Snap tabs at pant cuff color coded to ease installation.
  15. Trimtrax cording to shield trim stitch. Which prolongs stitch life, reducing maintenance costs.
